Hard Rock Hotel Cancun

Our luxurious needs were fulfilled here with exclusive amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and live entertainment. the service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. the treatment room had a relaxing ambience for a massage, pedicure or facial.

The only minor issue was the buffet breakfast. Although the variety was impressive, the quality wasn't as high as we expected.

Great service, hardworking staff, awesome HRC-like atmosphere with pools and beach, delicious Mexican food at Frida, clean rooms with stunning ocean view.

The location near the Mexican restaurant is perfect for enjoying the authentic flavors of Mexico. The resort is conveniently situated near this restaurant, so you can easily indulge in delicious Mexican cuisine. Not only that, but the Mexican restaurant offers a stunning view of the ocean, adding to the overall dining experience.

One minor downside is that the ocean can be a bit rough at times, which may affect swimming conditions. However, there are still plenty of other facilities and amenities available at the resort to enjoy, so this shouldn't hinder your overall experience.

Great beach location, with daily sargasso cleaning. Impressive music theme throughout. Attentive staff, memorable shows. Excellent food options, especially steaks at Toro and chef show at Zen. Best shower head and comfortable beds. Good housekeeping.

Had a great time over Easter at this hotel! Loved the direct access to the private section with amazing views and two pools. The really good service by the personal assistant was definitely a highlight. Also enjoyed the complimentary couples massage at the spa.

The main pool area was overcrowded and finding a sunbed was difficult. The bar in the evening was also crowded and had limited entertainment options.

The service at this hotel was excellent! The staff were great too make us feel welcome and special. From the front entry, where Vitaliano greeted us with a smile and learned our names in a day, to the front desk where Azul ensured our check-in experience was perfect, the staff made our vacation lovely. The food at the hotel was also amazing, with a wide variety of options and delicious meals at the Frida and Japanese restaurants. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to local attractions and the beautiful beach just steps away.

We felt safe and protected, well-kept resort, excellent service, large pool, beautiful beach, great value for money.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with great food and beverages. The beach was perfect and well-maintained. The staff were collaborative and the rooms were equipped with all necessary amenities. The music details throughout the hotel were impressive, making it a treat for music lovers. The shows and entertainment activities were top-notch, and special events like the Super Bowl were handled exceptionally well. The dining options at Toro, Zen, Mariscos, and Pizza & Burger were all excellent.

Felt completely satisfied, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and I particularly loved the poolside entertainment. The facilities were super clean, especially the VIP areas, and the food in The Market for breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. The hotel's location is perfect too, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the Mayan Museum.

Amazing beach with white sand and turquoise water. The staff was quick and proactive in responding to an emergency. The 24/7 espresso service and bite-size appetizers enhanced the experience.

We tried multiple sit-down restaurants which were conveniently located at the hotel. The Body Rock fitness center was outstanding, as it had plenty of equipment and trainers available to help. it was great to sit and relax during dinner at The Market, with so many dinner options available.

The atmosphere at the pool was not as expected.

We had an amazing time during our honeymoon at the Hard Rock Hotel. The ocean view room on the 10th floor was incredible, and the bed was so comfortable. Our personal assistant, Rafa, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food options were excellent, with four different restaurants and two snack bars. The nightly shows were entertaining, and we enjoyed the other activities like bingo night. The exclusive pool on the 3rd floor was a great perk, and the spa offered a wonderful couples massage. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. We would definitely go back!

The well-kept resort offered great value for money. The staff was outstanding, and we enjoyed the food, drinks, and entertainment. The large pool and beautiful beach were a bonus. The Rock Royalty service was worth the extra cost with its own concierge and private bar/snack bar.
